Corn Prices Per Bushel Mexico Just Slapped A Price Cap On Corn/corn Flour. When Will They Learn?

Mexico just slapped a price cap on corn/corn flour. When will they learn? - corn prices per bushel

With the richest country in the north have been widely used to set up its border, President Calderon in Mexico, Green decides to put a ceiling price of corn (32cents per bushel) and corn (42cents per bushel). The idea is the tortilla of maize (staple food in Mexico border) price no more than 78cents per kilo.
With the economy the most successful in the world, directly to the north, one might think that Calderon would have know ... Caps only limit to the economy. If measures introduced to promote free trade throughout the country, this could be easily remedied, the jurisdiction of the U.S. industrial market is ETHONAL rival tortilla. Ouch!
Monopolies are bad for our neighbors to the point of starvation economy. What is needed for Mexico to take counsel together, take control of their rich resources and the rise of these monopolies are not healthy?
